RETURNS & REFUNDS

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times, payment timing and delay terms are on our Shipping page.

CANCELLATIONS, FINAL SALE & SIZE EXCHANGES

All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations or returns for change of mind or preference, except where required by applicable law.

One size exchange: if the size isn't right, you can exchange your item once for a different size of the same product. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Email variant@variantnyc.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number to start an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability. Please review the product description and size guide before purchasing.

SHIPPING DELAYS

If we cannot ship within the stated shipping window, we will notify you with a revised estimate and provide the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a refund. Where required, we will cancel and refund orders if consent to a delay is not received.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please contact variant@variantnyc.com promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where available. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable. Final-sale terms do not exclude remedies required by law.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your package is missing or tracking shows an unexpected delivery status, contact variant@variantnyc.com so we can investigate with the carrier.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears in your account.
